Adjusting Steering Wheel - SVO
Hey guys,
Just got my SVO back from the shop. I noticed it is uncomfortable to sit in due to my mechanic changing the seating settings around. So I adjust the seat so I can reach the pedals like normal. Still, I'm too far away to hit the floor with the clutch (steering wheel is in the way). There is a black knob to the right of my steering wheel so I adjust it's tilt and so it doesn't hit my legs anymore, then I can scoot in. Still, something is wrong, Doesn't feel right. Any other adjustments I can make? I've only owned the car for a few months, not very familiar with all the controls. Have learned a few things by chance or luck. Doesn't look like my whole wheel itself is centered either, it leans a bit more to the right. I'd like to adjust everything so I can drive comfortably. Anyone know where/what these controls are for adjustment of the wheel? Also, on the side now, anyone know how to turn the map light on? Thanks!!! ' |

the only adjustment on the svo wheel is the tilt function which is controled by the small arm that you mentioned. also do you mean the map light in the center of the roof above the rearview mirror ? if so, it has a switch in it so that when you release the catch to pull it down it should turn on.
