I am in the process of receiving an SCT hand held tuner (Xcal2) from a person that got it in a large order he placed. I purchased it from him still in box, so its theoretically new.

My question to you is, What do you need to know to tune my vehicle?

Once i get notification of a purchased tune i send out an excel file you collect all your relevant information. When i get the file back i send you a tune with instructions on how to datalog the needed information. You can read more about email tunes here.

Thats right. Currently I am not tuning some 07s and all 08s due to the $$$ SCT requires for the package update. I have pre loaded tunes for those years that work well with mostly stock vehicles.
