datalogging question...

I was just reading up on the datalogging and all. anyway. Under your instructions i didnt see anything saying when to plug in the cable coming from the wideband into the tuner. when do i plug it in? instruction #3 and #5 have me a lil confused. (all the booting and rebooting). 5 says boot up the laptop but it was already booted up in 3 when checking to make sure the drivers are working. and then it said reboot. I think i got what your saying anyway. Just had me a lil lost there for a minute. This stuff is not that bad at all. i'll admit i was scared at the beginning. Anyway... let me know when to plug in that long white cable coming from the wideband ( i think it plugs into the top of the xcal). Later bro!

Just plug it in before you start up livelink. That cable does not really matter as far as the order of things. I have the extra rebooting step in case you do the drivers someplace else, then mess with the computer. Starting with a fresh reboot for datalogging is always a good idea, especially if you get SCT errors like object reference not found. I wish SCT would get rid of these errors!!!
