just go for the xcal2... it allows for a lot of different things and not just an hp chip... and i HIGHLY doubt that some chip that nobody has ever heard of gives 30hp... if that was true you would see them everywhere... xcal2 is proven to be the shit so get it

ok... a chip is a chip..and that's all it does.. it gives you 3 or 4 differant "basic" tunes for your car.

the XCAL is not a chip. it's a tuner.
you can put a differant tune in it every day if you wanted to.

that chip will NOT give you 30 HP. ever

you might see 10.

once you get the chip with it's 4 tunes on it you can set your car to the desired level of performance based on it's "general" tune.

if you get the XCAL and a wide ban 02 set up you can tune the piss out of the car for maxium performance.

if you don't like the tune in the chip... have fun sending it back to who you bought it from so they can reburn it at about $100.00 a pop.

if you don't like the tune in the XCAL...press a few buttons and change it yourself for free..

they are very easy to use.. you just plug in and press some buttons.. its not a big computer or anythin

yea but i aint no one, I'm someone, and I'm awesome. I don't want the xcal 2 get me the new livewire...and thats not a question on whether you will or not. I expect it here in about a week. Thanks Chris...lol j/k

Go for a tuner. I have heard that they aren't gonna be making tunes for the xcal anymore, and that you can trade in your xcal 2 for the new livewire. I think that thing will be a lot better than the xcal 2 though.

seriously though this new livewire looks really nice. Looks like it will make dyno tuning a lot easier with you being able to monitor everything right there with the tuner

i asked crazylegs if he had it but he cant get them i think he said. so i was just gonna stick with the xcal2

You can only pre-order them right now. I can't wait to see the actual results of it. Talk to the guys from VMP and see what they say. They may be able to get there hands on it.

For now, but since they aren't makin the tunes for it anymore(I think they arent). You gotta do all the tunes for yourself, and for a lot a people that may not be a smart move to mess with the a/f ratio and all that until they know more about their engine.
