He pretty much covered it

CAI $20 off ebay

Exhaust price depends on what setup you want.

SCT Xcal2 tuner $400

Under Drive pullies around $200

T-loc And gears about $450

you could put the CAI (cold-air intake) on the bottum of your list of "to do's" cuz they will only add maybe 2+ horsepower once you have put other mods on lol.. but heres the order i would do your mods in

T-lok and 4.10(if auto) or 3.73(if standard) gears, then a xcal2 tuner, under drive pully kit (adds a good 5+ hp atleast depending on what percent reduced you get) and then exhaust (dont worry bout headers your car should have perfectly fine headers) and if you dont wanna go too off the wall with your car i say just get them to cut your mid pipe behind the cats and attach some spintech mufflers(personal preference) to that bad boy.. just my 2cents most people get exhaust right off the bat cuz they wanna sound cool =) i mean.. teh v6 has a unique sound and i like it.. the line between gurgle and dirt bike

I'm on a fairly tight budget, so where's the cheapest place to buy stuff. Before i was just finding stuff at salvage yards or ebay, but there's a pretty limited selction there.

it depends.. if you want exhaust you can get like a $200-300 set up and just sound better OR

you can be faster and get t-lok and gears $400

or you can look sexy and get you mach 1 grill delete and chin spoiler $150(ish)

it all depends on what you want really.. look good? sounds better? better interior? cooler exterior?

by the way what is your budget then i can help more

hmmm if your down with spending all that money on your car dude.. i myself would drop all that money on a stage 2 or stage 2+ power pak from www.supersixmotorsports.com.. adds a good 50 or so hp i think.. and it would be like rebuilding half of your motor which i am going to assume is in the 100k's milage wise..

other then that dude use your first 500 to get t-lok and gears then get a xcal2 tuner then goto ebay and get a 20dollar Cold-air intake.. some underdrive pullys then some exhaust of your choice.. i say go big or go home (if you wanna go big get some long tube headers a h or x pipe and some mufflers of your choice) and whne you do the exhaust do 2 1/4 inch or 2 1/2 inch pipes.. or youll lose back pressure and lose a bit of your torque... (or so they say.. i dont wanna spark a conflict on that)

after that id say your ready for bigger and better things like the power pak i was telling you about.. and some forged internals... but of course at that point make sure your car has a well built fuel system cuz with those two things you should be blowing stock GTs away..

just my two cents.. i would do some research just incase im wrong.. im not completely familiar with inline six's and their building.. (im sure its the same as my reverse 3.8 but owell!)

if you just wanna beat the camaro (v8 or v6)? for v8 you would need full bolt ons, v6 you should be closely matched with, and could do just alittle work to catch up. As for the xcal tuner I think you would need a chip since the tuners only work on 96+. But yeah the bolt ons we listed should make you able to beat the bowtie.

my exact car

Well i have the same car so i know the car is painfully slow stock(17.8 almost 18 seconds thats like a civic) so no matter what if you are going to mod it heavily or not you'll need to start with headers to full exhaust and a full intake thorttle body MAF all that shit altho you wont see a major power difference its necessary i say go for a cam or heads upgrade that'll give a a very noticable power difference take it from me its worth it to buy the expensive big stuff but first you have to get a full exhaust headers and all and an intake i run 14.7 1/4 with my 94 v6 and i run zero nitrous and am naturally aspirated (no s/c or turbo) so dont always go with a supercharger or turbo first

How hard would it be to just put in an old GT engine instead. I was told that that was a possibility.
