New Exhaust

Hey guys, I own a 2004 Mustang v6 3.8L with all stock parts. For Christmas I'm planning on installing a whole new exhaust set up. I want to add a new H-pipe with a true dual exhaust. I'm planning on getting Custom 2.5" piping with a custom H-pipe and flowmaster 44 series mufflers, along with a custom 3" exhaust tip. I was wondering, If i was to get a custom H-pipe made along with custom 2.5" piping and a 3" exhaust tip, would the shop need me to purchase a catalytic converter for the H-pipe? Would i need to purchase the Flowmaster 44 mufflers aswell? Thank you in advance for all the help.
