grey cord?

ok so i got this cord that goes on the throttle body and its black with a grey plastic cover. What is it? and how do i adjust it?

Thats the throttle cable. I wouldn't mess with it.

yea but how do i adjust thye cruise control? because when i put it on it tugs back and my car goes to 3000 rpms idoling so how do i adjust it?

you should be able to pull your CC cable out like any brake cable on a bike. make sure it isnt kinked anywhere. my CC cable got kinked once then cracked and broke when i engaged it...

I don't see why not. I was thinking about getting rid of cruise control completely to make the cruise control buttons into control of my radio volume.

i drive without my cruise control cable connected at all. i never use CC...

I think a better setup would be to purge the line and the other button would be the bottle warmer and you have it setup to run at wot.

no prob. I get em all the time. All this good thinkin is goin to waste. I'm really really hopin this small opportunity of mine comes to good use. I have a small chance of becomming an apprentice for Nascar as an engine builder. I'm not gettin my hopes up, but damn it would be awesome if it came through.
