those are high flow cats, so if there is ANY emissions, id just throw em on. Shouldnt hurt too much.

put them on....having no backpressure isnt good...with long tubes and that application you will notice your low end power missing

i drove 8 miles on open headers, with the driver side you need to get the car a solid 2 feet in the air, with the passenger side you are best to go in from the top,

ALSO, if you install them I would suggest getting 2-4 grade 5 bolts and cut the heads of and notch them to create an alignment system, could have saved me a ton of time.

ALSO, make sure that you get some solid header gaskets, mine were complete and utter shit, pissed me of how much they sucked.

4 nites in the freezing cold working about 2-3 hours a night.

1st night - headers back
2nd night - headers, prep car for install
3rd night - passenger side
4th night - driver side

it wouldn't take that long for me to do it again, but doing it the first time, and the first big project I have ever undertaken it took a while.

you can get cats with LT's it just kinda defeats the purpose but not really

i run with no cats with full mac system, i hardly felt any loss of low end power. Though when stomping on the gas from a slow roll or dead stop...i feel much more power and jerk than before when stock system. Though that could just be my imaginationbecause of how loud it is and the vibration of my car

When I had Lt's on my car i didnt really notice a loss of any power either. I did however notice it when there were no mufflers on the car, once they were added it ran fine and dandy with no problems and felt better. It also took me about 8 hours doing this install we took our time and didnt rush anything.
