How to fix the power steering pump whine?

How tough was the rebuild? I didn't know they sold rebuild kits for the latee model ones. I might get another unit to tear down and rebuild just for kicks.

I didn't see anything tough about it, all that rebuild contained was some re-honing and seals. It was rather simple. I cleaned all the parts using brake parts cleaner.

Where did you get the rebuild kit? I can't seem to locate it on the Advance Auto page. This is kind of a mission for me because I have two other friends with V6 stangs that have the same problem.
