projector headlight headlights or not?

i am finally working on getting my mustang back together, and trying to decide what headlights to put back into it i never did like the looks of the OEM and the one that did not get busted is clouded up anyow. i was shopping around on ebay and came across these

and like them alot, not sure i will buy these model necessarily.

question is how is the lighting for these are they brighter then OEM lights? about the same? crap less your driving in the city? i don't have many street lights out where i live and alot of deer something with good lighting and looks nice would definitely be a bonus.

thanks for imput

I was looking at the same headlights but I was a little skeptical about how they perform. I like the way they look but I might just go get some of the Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs for my car. Does anyone know how those are?

Silverstars are all I ever use in my cars. They're brighter than standard bulbs...but...they're not H.I.D.s.

I have the 98 style projectors and I really dont like them. They are hard as shit to adjust and they really dont give off that much light. I had to get foglights to help the visibility to the sides of the car. I think the stock 99 single piece lights looks sick, i vote to smoke those

definitely smoked with HIDs... the projectors for stangs are just too ricey.. yes i have them and it was a mistake buying them... i personally think they look more ricey on the new edge stangs than on my sn95. you will be a lot happier with smokes and HIDs... trust me on this one

For the love of God, if you're going to go HIDs at least put them in a crappy projector. HIDs in a reflector housing is half assed and for ricers.

That's what I was feeling from that last thumbnail posted. There is no beam pattern and the light looks to be reflecting all over, which kills the whole point of the HIDs.

I just got a pair of projectors put in and think they really made the car look better. All I need now is some better bulbs.
