FInally ready for modding

alright so i got my 07 v6 and wanna mod it

1. i wanna get 20's but i dont know how much it will slow the car down...

2. i also wanna lower it.... but i dont wanna be worried about the bottom of the car hitting the ground. is 1.5 front and 2 back too much?????? or should i go 1 front and 1.5 back. let me know what u guys think and if u have some picks

3. i know i need an xcal2 tuner but i dont know where to buy it and if i have to pick tunes???? HELP

4. i also wanna get it a little faster, maybe some 3.73's, pulleys and stuff. im gonna do the big TT way later. but what can i get for now that will make it alot faster. and maybe nitrous later

5. i wanna change the single stock exhaust to a dual SLP loud mouth.. CAN I DO THIS?

If you go over 1.5 inches when lowering you need to replace your entire suspension because stock won't be able to handle it. A popular drop that a lot of people get is 1 inch in the rear and 1.5 inches up front. Gives a nice aggressive stance.

1 go with 18s, 20s are for show

2 dont lower it more in the back...i doubt you'll find spring kits like that anyway but it wont look good either even all around or drop it more up front

3 try - http://www.vmptuning.com/store/index.php? or http://rpm-mustangs.com/cart/home.php?cat=333

4 --3.73s for the 7.5 will be a waste of money if your going to go with turbo cuz your 7.5 rear axle wont last
other mods, pulleys, CAI, TB, exhaust, heads and cam, also forged internals

5- it'll probably have to be fabricated unless you can find SLPs that'll bolt up with the v6

Why would you want 20's? Just get 17's or 18's...20's are too heavy. Once you buy the tuner you can tune your car the way you want it. He means that you might have to get a shop fabricate a midpipe for you unless SLP has one that bolts up to a Y-pipe. I think thats what hes talkin about. First you should get the pulleys or exhaust

cuz a guy on the site dyno'd his car after he got a novi on his GT and the dyno guy sed he lost at least 12rwhp from the 20s

unless you can find a site that has a kit for the v6 your gonna have to do some cutting and welding to make it work...or a muffler shop...

the tuner...u just call and ask them for tunes or ask wat tunes come with u
