Foglight Wiring '97 GT

I'm putting in some different fog lights on my '97 GT and in the regular scheme of things the fogs won't come on until the headlights are on and I flip a rocker switch on my center console. what I'm wanting to do is rewire that center rocker so that the fogs come on when I flip the rocker, regardless if the headlights are on or not. Anybody know where the two ends of that rocker ends up? and exactly what I need to do?
