I have a crash sensor and passenger airbag in a box on my floor waiting for install. I'm hoping they didn't just scam me on the sensor if it's not needed. Ask Ford, I'm 99.9% positive.

wel i pulled out my passenger and driver seat passenger side had no wiring what so ever so im inclined to say there was no sensor.. driver side only had power seat wiring so im guessing that it didnt have one either. i went over my entire car with the seats out and saw no crush or pressure sensors

i think the only sensors for that stuff is in the front and rear of the car which deploys the airbags.
