Your question lacks any form of punctuation and is very hard to follow, their for all i have to say in response is, maybe. The motor mounts, which you have shown understanding of, are the things that are in question. Everything else should bolt up the same as the frame doesn't differ from the GT to V6 model. My only advice is to find a junk yard and see if you can't get out there with a measuring tape and get some numbers to see if you cannot answer your own question.

Sorry for the lack of help, as this is an interesting question.

The junk yards where the first place i searched. The junk yards in my area dont have ANY sn95 cars but one and its a 97 v6 and the k member is gone. I was just going to buy a v8 k member but if I dont have to I dont want to. One forum will say you have to change the kmember to 94-95 and another will say you can use it just v8 mounts! So to make my it a little more clear. Is the 97 v6 kmember the same as a 94-95 kmember? I know its different from the 96-98 gt kmember because my 97 cobra is different. Hope that clears up what i am asking?

yes, that does clarify what you are asking, and my best suggestion is try and pull some part numbers from a ford dealership, if they differ then that will give you your answer. If not, then things should work just fine...

again, the ford dealership might be your next best bet. ask them if they have schematics on it too, or if they know of a way to get them... that would be your ultimate answer.
