...just trying to think this through... why would you go to 2 bolt plates when stock are 3 bolt? would that not be a good idea?

Ah. I read over that part. Yeah, I doubt they are 2 bolts unless it has 2 bolts to adjust camber and the main plate is a 3-bolt or a 4-bolt plate...

Either get an alignment, or base line one for yourself.

Lower the car on the ground.

For Camber:
Place a level vertically against the wheel and adjust camber until it is pretty much dead on with a slight negative camber (inward lean at top)

For Caster:
I put mine as far positive as possible so it steers straighter on the highway without me having to steer it as much.

For Toe, it shouldn't be affected by changing the plates, but take a string/board/measuring tape/etc and measure the distance from the front of the wheel outside edge to the front of the other wheel outside edge.
Now measure rear of wheel outside edge to rear of other wheel outside edge. If your measurements are equal, you are good to go.

I don't know what your CC plates look like, but I have these: How To Install A Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber Plates (94-04)

^That is an installation guide.

If you're lost with those directions I would take it to a shop to ensure it's done properly, suspension and steering isn't something you wanna do incorrectly.
