custom wheel and cruise control is it possible

as some of you may have seen in my other posts my stang was smacked int eh front and had airbag depoyment even though the damage to teh car was minmal considering.

anyhow instead of spending all that cash to replace the airbag on an ugly steering wheel i do not like anyhow, i have decided to put in a custom wheel (undecided on which one yet) anyhow i don't know about you guys but i love my cruise control (saved me alot of speeding tickets) and well was wandering if anyone had any ideas of how to save the cruise since it is currently on teh old wheel, has anyone ever tried mounting it to a custom wheel and not look retarded, or moved the buttons to another location? any ideas would be much appreciated

thanks

yes both are possible, a little rewiring for the cc and u would have to do whatever is needed for a steering wheel, but what about the other airbag? did u replace thatone too

the passenger side airbag had been disabled quite awhile ago by choice (short girlfriend and kids like to ride in front) hadit disabled at a shop about 2 years ago. so it did not deploy, i can get a replacement cover (without airbag) from here only catch to that is it will not have any eblems on it according to them, and like i said up top i don't really care for teh stock wheel, would just like to save the cruise if possible
