Car wont stay on!
Ok so i have recently been installing a windstar intake and there has been a few problems on the way but has been handled with Steve from VAP auto. Hes a big help and hes very smart. But anyways so today i went to go start my car and my car will turn over stay on for like 3 seconds then turn off. If i play with the throttle it will stay on but as soon as i stop she turns off. well i decided to take off the intake tube and try it so i did and she stayed on. Well i kept her running and i put my intake tube up the the throttle body and pretty much as soon as the intake tube hit the throttle body she dies. Any ideas?

Possible MAF but the filter is a brand new k&n filter

the tube is cracked or has a small leak so the vacuum is pulling it closed and choking the engine would be my guess.
buy some new hose and replace it

ive had this problem once cause i took off my stock airbox and left it like that for about a week til i got my jlt cai.. i tried driving to the store with no airbox and my car turned off as soon as i put it on drive and drove for about 5seconds .

mine did this once and it was cause i forgot to plug the maf back in . so maybe a messed wire on the maf or just a bad maf? i would def have to say maf though.
