i dont really have a medical condition. i know people who know people and got my eye doctor to fill out dmvs exemption forms prior to my court date so i would not get convicted of 3 misdemeaners. window tint violation in GA is a misdemeaner (up to 1k and 1 year in prison fine) offense, and 3 of those would ruin my life...

Around here if you get pulled over for tint violation they wright you a sitation I think that's what its called any way. You have to get your tints removed and then show up at court and have your car checked and if it passes then it's dismissed with no fines.

In Florida, almost everyone has their windows tinted. So cops don't usually pull you over just for window tint violations. If you do get pulled over for something else, they'll usually write you a ticket for tint as well....but they won't pull you over for tint alone. Unless it's on your windshield, then that's something else. And i'm not just talking about the strip. Some people will tint their whole windshield. I have no idea how they don't expect to get pulled over for that.
