x-pipe question


i was wandering would an x-pipe for a 96 v6 mustang with shortubes fit a 94 mustang v6 with short tubes, whats the differnce

x pipe is completely point less on our v6s

The difference is the O2 sensor mounting location.
On 94 & 95 Mustangs O2 senors where located in the shorty headers and after the Cats on the Y-pipe. The 96 and newer V6 Mustang the O2 sensors where moved from the headers to the Y-pipe. All you have to do to use the X-pipe is cap off the unneed O2 bungs.....................

Crossovers arent pointless if you get LT headers, and my o2 sensors on my 2000 are on the headers

yes...they are....they only make one that bolts on to the long tubes but that h pipe aint doing shit compare to straight pipes or an x pipe
