What Exhaust to get?

Hey guys, I have a 2000 Mustang 3.8L 5 speed. Its got 91k miles on it now and been running great!! I want to add exhaust but I would like some opinions before I buy some stuff and find out it sounds like crap or doesnt fit/line up right. I dont want to spend a whole lot of money if i dont need to. I was thinking on getting MAC long tube headers, MAC H pipe, and a set of GT Flowmaster Dual mufflers. Would I just be better to get a Y pipe V6 catback and leave it there? If its not gonna change the sound much I dont wanna spend the money. As far as sound Im really after more of a deeper rumble/pissed off sound and not a ricey rattle/honda type sound. If you guys can help me out and send links that would be great! The future plans for the car are nothing crazy, Im looking at maybe a future CAM, rear end gears, diff change, lowering springs, new hood, and aluminum driveshaft. So no turbo or supercharger at this point. It already has a CAI right now. Thanks!

Flowmaster 17312 Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust System 1999-04 GT/MACH 1/Bullitt - 17312

yea but do you have emission laws? You might want to get cats with the h, but that looks like a good setup

I'm not exactly sure, I mean we(Indiana) dont require testing. Im sure the cops could be dicks if they wanted, but from what I have heard the only time I will have a problem is when I sale/trade the car in, the dealer can refuse it cause they might sell it to another state, and cant cause no cats and that state might have laws.

See thats what I'm thinking. I might just get the Pacesetter H Pipe adapter and the Flowmasters American Thunder. That way everything upwards from the cats is left alone.

Indiana has absolutely no emissions testing or anything. People drive around with no exhaust, and no one says a thing about it.

One thing is that the EPA is a federal agency, so removing the cat(s) is a federal crime. Other things are also dictated for emissions regulation, like no cam changes, but that's never enforced.
