To expel any myths and or desire to purchase such a "performance enhancment" device, I will clear the air right now. The "speed seeker" is nothing more than a $.30 resistor that is wired into the car Inlet air temeprature sensor. The sensor usually reads over a determined range up to 5 ohms. This helps the computer to determine air/ fuel ratio acording to temperature (see density) of the air. This chip will "fool" the computer into thinking the car inlet temperatures are lower than they really are thus increasing fuel to accomodate the more dense air. Check engine lights are a common culprit of this and detonation is almost guaranteed. Please do not purchase such "performance" parts as you will pay for it in the long run.
