Outside of the front? If you lower the car and run that wheel/tire size, you should not rub the front tires on the fender. Lowering causes excess negative camber. This would mean wearing on the inside of the front tires (but not cutting). C/C plates only affect front end alignment. The rear live axle cannot be aligned for camber and toe.

Cutting of the outside would lead me to believe the rears are hitting the fender. My suggestion would be to ditch the wheel spacers.

Ditch the wheel spacers. Problem solved.

However, if you haven't already, purchase some C/C plates to correct the camber alignment up front.

I had the same issue with my GT.. just loose the spacers or if you want to run them roll the fenders and stiffen the suspension. ( control arms)

...Because you have the wheel spacers. IMO, the car looks better with the tire aligned better with the fender (too far in/out looks off), and yours is too far out.

+1. But to each his own. As HMUSN said, if you want to keep that look in the back, you should roll the fenders.
