loose the spacers( you shouldnt need them) & see if they fit better. I have 17x10.5's with 315's & they aren't close to hitting anything (although with a spacer it would be close to the lip of the 1/4)

Yeah CC DEFINATELY. You have a 2" drop your camber must look horrid. Throw some CC plates on, Maximum Motorsports is a good brand in that category, also as PHx said maybe a bumpsteer kit (steeda).

Trust me man. I was having the same problem with my exhaust and my 315s. Take it to a shop and get the pipe from the muffler back rebent so you will have more space between the pipe and the tire. Spacers are not recommend...ever, haha. They have a tendency to break and strip in a hearbeat. Getting the pipes rebent shouldnt cost any more than $50.

Get the pipes rebent, lose the spacers, roll fenders and you will have a nasty looking ride. Don't go back up to the pro kit!

I have 17x9 and 17x10 wheels with 245/40/17 and 275/40/17 (used to be 315/35/17) tires.
I have Eibach Sportlines.
I have MM C/C plates.
I do not rub.

I went about 10 months with Sportlines and no C/C plates. The negative camber causes the insides of the front tires to wear abnormally fast. With Maximum Motosports C/C plates, the alignment is dead on, and the tires will last longer.

Also, you should not have a need to roll your fenders. Is it the front or rear tires that are being cut? We have the same year Mustang, and I have plenty of room for suspension travel. If the rear tires are getting cut, I would ditch those wheel spacers and you will be fine. My 315s on 17x10.5 would tuck nicely into the fender well under suspension load. The fronts rub only in maximum cornering.

The answer to the problem depends on which tires are wearing: front or rear.
If front and you don't have C/C plates, get them and get an alignment.
If rear, ditch the wheel spacers.
