89 MUSTANG 2.3 NO POWER PROBLEM

My 89 mustang jumped time so I replaced timing belt and all plugs -1 and 3 were grenaded. Also replaced cap and rotor.Set at tdc.Used a light to set at 10btc to factory specs.Still runs badly won`t idle no power on hills. When I replaced the two good plugs they were powdery black.Blows no smoke, uses no oil. Oil pressure is good ,does not overheat. Can anyone help?

I have a 1989 Mustang with the 2.3L and have the same problem. I had just bought the car for $ 200.00
I have just replaced the timing belt. and the plugs, wires, rotor, cap, and coil.
Try moving the timing belt up or back one tooth.
mine looks good and runs great.
