new body kit

heres the deal... ive been thinkin about trying to rebuild the body kit i have right now (it got screwed up and will take a LOT of work to rebuild even if i can) or just getting a new body kit. if i got a new one it would be either the 94-98 Saleen style or the 99-04 Saleen style. i also want to know which hood and spoiler i should go with. I know some of you dont like body kits, but i hope i can get your opinion on which one i should go with anyways lol. Thanks for the recommendations!!!

and i was gonan get the classic dual saleen stripes on the side and have moddedmustangs.com after the stripes instead of saleen lol... gotta show some love for this site

a big speed bump happened lol... almost ripped the rear in half.. plus its fiberglass and im gonna go urethane.. the front has some cracks in it too... i wouldnt recommend ever buyin a fiberglass kit (i was stupid for buying mine)

lol wanna bet? they guys i work with can do anything with fiberglass...we might even be able to use it....can u give me a quote on how much shippin would be u think it cant be 300 bucks more around the 140 180 range u think? i work at a autobody and audio shop....we do body kits and stereo installations ect....i leave for work in about and hour

i can do custom fiberglass work as well... i have no clue how much shipping will be cuz i dont have a box big enough to ship it.. im also in alaska on an island so shipping will be a lot more.. i paid over $350 to have it shipped here

I say go for the 99-04 saleen style kit, with the s281 wing from our model, and a 95 cobra r hood or a cobra hood

This is probably retarded, but if I want to get a body kit, how much more work is going to be involved with putting it on, besides the painting of it....? Will it basically just go right on or am I going to have a whole nother mess on my hands?

... you have to fit it... theirs a lot of fitting involved... its kinda a pain... sometimes...

about half the time you can take the kit out and fit it right on and other times you will have to put it on and then take it off make some adjustments and try again...

do that before you have it painted tho... and you might wanna have it painted on the car... and have them try to match and fad it into the paint as best possible
