how much does a tuneup cost? and whats done in a tuneup? is it stuff i could do myself, i changed a clutch so im up for anything.

i just got an oil change last week. with synthetic oil. and new filter. i have a fuel filter in my trunk waiting for me to install. ill get to that this weekend. ive done the fuel filter cleaner a while back didnt do anything to my mpg. but ill give it a shot again. and my air filter is k&N and its clean. i guess all thats left is to check spark plugs and injectors. if the injectors are dirty how do i clean them?

oh and thank you for your help chris
the spark plugs just take out all 3 from one side and see if they need to be changed...im not too sure how you check the fuel injectors =/
