Wrecked gt into a V6

I know I know blah blah sell your v6 just buy a gt. Anyway! Theres one in town here, i've been talking to the guy he has no idea what he wants to sell it for. So, what do you guys think its worth keep in mind I live in the great white north. Oh and the rear end is done also.

what do you want to do? Swap the engine into your V6? You will have to rip all your wiring out, which means ripping your interior out. Also new K member, among other things.

Yes I am aware of everything that must be done to do a swap, I have the tools, facilities and time required, What I am looking for is a value on the wrecked gt.

The whole thing or just the engine? If just the engine I would say anywhere between 500-800. The whole thing, about 1500. That may be high or low, but its a ballpark.

buy the whole GT...cause then you'd get the spare interior parts...

if the rims are still okay then you can sell thoughs for about $200 just to get some cash back....cause i dont really like them on that stang, it might be the pic but i like the standard bullet rims more

That GT isn't worth over the price of the engine. You can pick up a running GT coupe around here for $2000. That car is junk except for the engine, I would have to guess. I say offer $700, but I sure wouldn't go over $800.

I would want the whole car, the two back rims are destroyed so thats a no go on selling those, And up here your hard pressed to find a Gt in good shape for under $5000.
