Safud: MM's Resident Hadji
|
It's been tried...it doesn't work im tellin you lol. I do know of one guy who did a very innovative thing. He got the cobra r hood and put it on and cut a hole where the m112 stuck out. Then he put a GT hoodscoop on it, but in the reverse position (the opening of the scoop was facing the windshield). It looked pretty cool

I believe so as i dont think the little black piece would fit there due to it not having the same lines as the stock hood...and the fact that it was on backwards lol. But if its put on backwards it would be more of a heat extractor really

i would think that as long as the adapter isnt too thick it would still be able to work with the cobra r hood?

Have you seen how big the M112 is? Even with the smallest adapter out you can't fit it under there

I do believe if you have a little worn motor mounts (motor sits a little lower than normal), you can make a pretty small intake adapter and it SHOULD be able to fit under the Y2K cobra R cowl hood though. I emphasize on teh should as it will vary from person to person. It all depends on your motor mounts, k-member, or anything like that

m112 is kinda pointless IMO. if u want to do a s/c fairly easily on our cars go ahead and get a centrifugal kit

I dont think its pointless...Our cars can't handle too much in the first place, and a M112 can get you up to a pretty good hp, and they are cheap as hell to get
