Temp sensor going out?
My 02 3.8 has been spitting an engine overheat code and the heat gauge spikes up to H and sits there. I checked the temp and my mechanic checked the temp while it was doing this, and the engine temp never changes. So what part is going out? A thermostat, a sensor, a relay or what? Any ideas?
