Question

Does anybody use these?

Ever heard of Pulse Plugs? (as opposed to spark plugs)
I looked around and haven't heard anything definitive on whether these really work...

The world's most powerful spark plug from Enerpulse

I'd say its a load of crap. How can it charge the capacitor when there is not constant power to it?

I already did, but I found good and bad. I would trust the reviews of someone here far more than the other places I saw.

I wouldnt fool with them. Price being the big concern for a damn spark plug. I want to say theyre VERY expensive for what they are; $50/each if I remember right. Btw im in knoxville too.

Thats not too bad I guess. When I had looked for prices awhile back I just typed "pulstar plug prices" in google n thats what came up; reason why I gave that price.

As a general rule, it's very rare for any upgrade that makes the spark more powerful to actually gain much of an improvement unless you have problems with the spark blowing out. For example, on one of our project cars, we swapped out a stock coil for one of MSD's hotter versions and we measured a lot more energy with our oscilloscope - but couldn't find any gains with the dyno. Ford didn't skimp on their ignition systems on the newer Mustangs; you need to make a lot of cylinder pressure before you start needing a hotter ignition on these cars.
