you shouldn't even have to go to court... if your brakes were engagded like you said so the tires were locked up... which they should be when you are completly stopped... then when he hits you if your foot stayed on the brake it would have left tire marks.... all the court has to do is look at the pictures and they would know... good luck tho... how old is this guy that hit you?
and fight this to get every fuckin dollar out of it... transfere the hardware over... man i wish someone would rearend me... so i could get a better car... a new edge for sure dude....

lol old post but yeah. i wasnt on the brake i just took it off to pull through and he hit me...but yeah insurance was going on fraud but i kinda o what i wanted.....there paying for repairs,time off for work,and medical....thats all i could get...but yeah there finding cheaper parts not oem cuz oem is most time more expensive than aftermarket stuff ie hoods bumper ect...im keeping certain things stock tho ie wing v6 bumper lights ect things that keep it mustang...wish it would of liked ruined my rims or something....but yeah instead of getting another x pipe im going on and h the x was a lil to raspy i think for me...i want a deaper tone...and recommendations on a good h pipe?

H pipes are just louder not deeper than X pipes...H maybe a bit more raspy

oic cuz the x pipe i had i didnt like the sound...i heard a v6 the other day that was a really deep tone all the way through the rpm range iot seemed...idk
