Top or bumper-to-bumper stripes?

I'm planning on getting stripes put onto my 'Stang at the dealership soon, but I'm having trouble deciding exactly how to go about it. I know that I want wide double stripes in black, probably around nine inches each. I'm thinking of either replicating the Stampede Edition stripes from last year, since I already have the Pony Pack, or doing bumper-to-bumper stripes, ala the Shelby Gt-500. I think those might be slightly wider.

So...

My 'Stang:

Stampede Edition 'Stang:

Bumper-to-bumper stripes, though these ones aren't wide enough for me:

Then there's the stripes that only touch the top of the front bumper, which I couldn't find a decent picture of.

Then I have the decision of taking off the side stripes, which I don't think I'd do since they're part of the package. I think keeping them on would give the car more of a "performance" look. I'm also going to get one of the new hood scoops as my next mod after the racing stripes, which I guess I'll put above the stripes as someone suggested to me.

What do you guys think would look best? I'm only looking for suggestions, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the Stampede Edition forumula. Thanks in advance. =)

I say stampede but if you get a scoop put the strips on it it will look weird without them

Well see, I definitely want thick stripes, but I think that if I leave the side stripes, as I'm planning to since I like them so much, that I'd be better off just doing the top stripes. I think doing the bumper-to-bumper stripes might be too much if I kept the side stripes.

depends the new body bumper to bumper...my body style 99-04 with the hood indents and the way it curves a hood to trunk looks better. If you have bumper inserts and valance blackout it all depends on what you are doing.

Hehe. The guy I was dating told me that having racing stripes would make me seem less girly, which I'm very girly, so he was against it. But no one ever said a Mustang was meant to be girly. ; ) Either way, I'm not so sure that "aggression" is the kind of feeling I'm looking to project.

Another concern is my car's grill... I've never seen a Pony Pack V6 with bumper-to-bumper stripes. So I'm worried it might not look right. Then I'm trying to spend as little as possible, and I know the bumper-to-bumper stripes will definitely cost more.

*Sigh*

So I just saw this pic while browsing Mustangs. It's a Pony Pack 'Stang, and I realized that they did the racing stripes in the pinstripe style to match the side pinstripes that the Pony Package 'Stangs have on the sides.

This got me to thinking maybe I should do the same thing, providing that I'm going to keep those pinstripes on there. What do you guys think?
