Throwout bearing again....

Ok, as some of you guys might know, i changed out my whole clutch assembly about a month ago due to my throwout bearing being completely shot and my pressure plate was shot also. Well i drove my mustang around for about 1000 miles or so breaking everything in nicely without being hard on the clutch pedal or with my shifts or anything. I took my car to the track a couple of weeks ago and now i'm hearing a noise sounding like my throwout bearing is going out again.

Well now it makes a chirping sound at idle until i push the clutch in, then it goes away (just like when it went out the first time). So now i'm going to change out my throwout bearing again. I'm gonna get either the centerforce one or the one from FRPP. Which one would be better? or are there any better ones out there?

I would love if you kept me updated on how this goes, cost, work, etc.. I have had the same problem with my car since I have gotten it. I have been told though that it doesn't really cause damage to your car untill it completly goes out (correct me if I am wrong please, I would hate to destory my transmission) so I have left it as a necessary annoyance.

EDIT: At high RPM the the chirping increases right?

Oh, and I have one more post than you. =p

Ik my car does it to some. i changed the throughout bearing twice. idk it still does it i think it might have something to do with the factory throughout bearings cuz i just bought my whole assembly and it is oem replacement and it still does it. so ya maybe the aftermarket ones would work better."I would love if you kept me updated on how this goes, cost, work, etc.. The throwout bearing sits on the clutch fork and rides on the input shaft of the transmission. It is what contacts the pressure plate when you push in the clutch.

Yeah i'll keep you guys updated. The throwout bearing i replaced alongside the clutch was also the OEM replacement. I guess if you wanna do it right, you gotta spend the money. Lesson well learned

I ended up putting an extra spring on mine so the throw out bearing and fork would release properly. I replaced my whole clutch last winter because of a crappy bearing and the same problem was coming back. So I bought a new quradrant, cable and adjuster thinking that would help. It did but not quite enough. If I have time I'll take a picture and show ya guys.
