price check on 4.2 shortblock

was doin some readin on what my next mod will probably be and i want to drop a 4.2L shortblock from an f-150 in my 2000 mustang anyone know a rough estimate of what thats gonna cost me and any other prep work to make that work

you wana do a motor swap for maybe 10 tq? and 5hp?

plus gaskets for swaping intakes because the f150 coolant rails are different and the f150 upper wont fit under your hood
so your only seeing SOME torque from the stroker and MAYBE 5hp...
strength is the same
cast pistons and rods

other then that yeah the motor is cheap...

save your money bro, full exhaust and a tune will yield better power gains... worked heads and a cam will see better power... gears and a t-lok with sticky tires will see a better increase in time...
