Rough idle and take off?

i have a 94 mustang with about 200K miles. has worked great up until now, i recently replaced my muffler and rear exhaust pipe, drive shaft U joints, and spark plugs and wires, as well as the fuel filter. but now for some reason my car has a very rough idle and seems to want to cut off when i take off but when i get up to spend its fine. Any ideas? also occasionally if the car sits a while i get a little bit of white smoke from the exhaust, possibly a stuck intake valve?

do the simple stuff first. check for vacuum leaks, clean the IAC and check the TPS. it could be a few different things.

TPS is the throttle position sensor. sits on the side of the throttle body. unplug the sensor and check to see if the car runs differently without one or the other plugged in. you can try to clean the IAC with carb cleaner to make sure its not gummed up.
