ok well im taking the leap, i decided that after i save for the next couple months im going to supercharge my 2000 3.8 mustang instead of buying a gt, screw it lol. what im wondering is if there is anywhere to buy the superchargers other than at procharger or vortech.com, or through a local dealer. I would like to buy new but id consider used depending on how long its been used.

last question, before i do this im dropping my car, FINALLY finishing my exhaust with LT headers and high flow cats and ill pick up the sniper tune so i can account for the forced induction, anyone running something similar to this and have some HP numbers, or even an estimate?

There are a few online websites that sell supercharger kits besides procharger/vortech.com

You're going to need bigger injectors and a maf

I would get a dyno tune, and scrape the sniper bs.

I would also get a wideband and boost gauge.

found one on rpmoutlet.com, the procharger, for about 3800 shipped to my door i like that i dont have to take out my a/c or recharge it, and im not looking for rediculous hp, just in the 300s, the sniper tune comes with the kit, as do 44lb injectors and a mafia? what is that? and an sct big air. and it might come with guages, if not ill pick a boost guage and what is the wideband guage? air i assume? or fuel?

I would be careful ordering from them, you may get the parts in a week and you may not get them for 6months.
