Troubleshooting brake booster?

So i posted yesterday I was tearing down my engine to do some heavy maintenance to it. Well I got it all back together, was a little stubborn about starting up, but now it does and runs better than ever. Problem is my brake pedal is stuck IN THE UP POSITION. As hard as I push I cant move the pedal ( I found this out the terrifying way as I was pulling out onto the main road to test the engine....) Ended up having to e brake it back to the house.

Anyways, I am assuming something is wrong with the brake booster, I dont know of anything else that would cause the pedal to be stuck up. It was working fine before I tore down the engine, So doubt anything is broken. Most likely thing was I forgot to hook something back up, or i pulled something out without realizing it. I checked, everything seems to be in place, vacuum line is connected securely.

So any ideas? Maybe if i can relieve pressure/add pressure to the booster one time and it will work itself out?

Hey thanks for the help guys!!! Nah I'm just messing. -1 for me, do not know how it happened but I got the vacuum hose plugged with dirt.... Cleaned and washed it out, fixed everything. I just hope none of that dirt got into something it wasn't supposed to while I was driving it around.
