Need advice on this

Look at my car! I have photos in my garage. Now, here is the deal, In a few weeks Ill have the cash for my wheel set up and some headlights..
Im thinking "Bullet" wheels maybe black ones and black "Angel Eye" headlights..what do you guys think and what size wheels and tires should I get? 17"x 8" front and 17" x 8.5 rears or what and what tire size??
..and do you think the black Angel Eye projectors will go along well with my colorscheme?

i love bullitts. but there are a lot of wheel options out there. either 17x9, 17x10.5 with 275/315 tire combo would be killer or if you can shoot for 18'' bullitts, that would be great too.

chrome saleens are great on white too. or FR500's. bullitts or FR's deserve dished rears.

17x8 all around with a 245/45/17 tire all around. Anything more is unneccessary weight and extra slowdown.

Think Black might hide too much definition in the lines of the car? I could go with that "Anthricite" grey too, then again brushed aluminium is classic Rat Rod, soo many choices..BTW I forgot to mention, Im on a budget and I think Im gonna check used market so they are going to have to common enough to keep the price down...I know where I can get 4 NEW 17" Mustang wheels off of a 07 for $200 total..they are the ones with the fake "knock-offs" (little spinners) but Im not sure about the off-set or if they will fit in my wheel wells (but I dont see why not SN95s have huge wheel wells) Should I get those? the are all 17"x8" like recommended by "Bypopulardemand"..all four for $200 is cheap, but they arnet Bullits!

Ill keep that in mind, I may have to go that route just to save money...I sure would like to have that "Fat-tires-in-the-back" look though!

I have to agree here, I used to be into all that...
But I have seen the light!

They aren't brighter and they look terrible... It takes an almost show car to pull it off and even then its iffy.

I'm trying to get heathen to see the light and get rid of the ricer stuff too, but I can't pull him from the dark side

Yeah ok! Ive only seen photos of them and they look really nice! I guess it depends on taste..The Cobras look almost Identical to the stock ones I have, whats the actual difference in person and how much will they run me, turnsignals too?

Totally agree dont get angel eyes..get the smoked headlights from AM and throw on HIDs then ur car will look mean if not get the chrome one from them..and as for wheels if u look on AM they have a sale for anthracite deep dish bullit wheels for $579.99 for all four rims and get the 265/35-18 tires but then again its all up too.Im just putting my 2 cents in.

I saw a cheap set on american muscle called "black mustang headlights" for like $135 what about those? So, why do you hate the Angel Eyes tell me about them, just the look? I cant find any black Cobra headlights only clear ones and they look just like the ones I have, Ive never seen them in person so I cant understad the popularity of the Corba versions..can you tell me about them?..they COST like a MO-FO!

OK..gotcha..My problem is this..both of my front turnsignals are cracked, they have to go, clear replacments are cheap, my main lenses are all polished up to look just like new...I could keep em and get clear signals and just run them like that or buy smoke units OR buy a smoke lens cover..(but I bet those dim your lights alot) what do you suggest?

it would be best to get new headlights as well as the corners at the same time, but its up to you. i personally love the look of the smoked headlights

Yeah, me too..I was thinking, I once smoked my trunsignal lenses on my old ninja 600 using a spray smoke..think that would work on a mustang or would it chip off?
