$200 Supercharger

There is a guy on ebay selling a supercharger, cam and intercooler off of a 3.8 I think 1983 thunderbird? he says that with a thunderbird intake manifold it goes right on a Mustang SN95 hes selling the complete setup minus the intake for $200. better hurry up and get it if you want it..only 4 hours left! LOL
Anyway, on a stock 3.8 what will it give you? Another 50 hp? Hes got what looks to be a cam sitting right there next to the intercooler...anyone familiar with this thing?

What year zx-6 was it? I had a souped up Ninja 600R smoking fast in its day, supertrapp exhaust, K&N stage III kit, advanced ignition..metzler Z-seris tires, flush mount turnsignals, no mirrors, whole body and windscreen blacked-out, and a ton of other little things done to it..I must have dropped 40lbs off of that bike..real screamer..I was keeping up with the ZX-6s that were a generation or two ahead of me..also that late 80s Hurricane 600 (and it was fast!) ahh those were the days..I had one too many close calls and the last one put me in the hospital for a few weeks..had to put em down!

Yeah, that was the generation ahead of mine..that was a good bike had a bit of everything in its day! My 600R could keep up with it though, you should have seen my sub-frames..they looked like a cheese grater b/c I drilled so many holes in things! LOL..and the 600 was basically a Norton Featherbead frame with an in-line 4 stuffed into it1 That sucker was CRUDE! Made you a good rider though b/c it didnt coddle you at all, you felt everything! I smacked it into a Toyota at 60mph..the girl ran a red right in front of me..nothing I could do!...too late!

The more I think about it the more that Supercharger, the more I think it would suck!
You could almost get that with a split port swap and that would be, "ALL MOTOR". A complete kit would run you a bundle too bc you need low compression pistons to get that to work right...another dude wants $600 for everything you need! Head-swap makes alot more sense!
