well if my bros car was at home i could tell you because he bought on 07 gt, go to an auto sotre and buy a haynes manual. one of the best things you can get for a do it yourselfer. i changed my clutch with that and a shit load of elbow grease. and that was my first major work to do on a car.

ive got a pdf file that shows how to put hid bulbs in a 05-07 so its got how to remove the headlights.

check and see if you can get to the piece holding the bulb. On something that complicated I highly doubt ford would make you take out a headlight to change a bulb.

For changin the bulb you it should be the same as twisting the brace thing pulling it, takin the bulb off, replacing the bulb putting the thing back in and tighten.

Buy these bulbs called luminics.....there amazing i had them for so long with no kit and they still are working great....get them in pure white because its bright as hell and comes out blue...and there only about 40 bucks each

If your already spending 80$ on install you might as well get HIDs cause honestly the difference from stock to even silverstar halogens isnt all that great. for about $150 on ebay you can get a HID kit which is a pretty amazing price. heres mine.. and im gettin an 8k hid kit for my gt fogs once those come in this week. That'll really annoy fellow drivers in front of me
