yeah...it is tru tho it does add power....like .5hp........not even worth the time to look at it...the only true elecrtic turbo is this guy in fla....its like a jolt of power and the batteries it runs off in ur trunk die in about 20 seconds...its like nitrous.....just a jolt of 14psi....for about 20-30 seconds....

On hear I've heard that its and doesn't work but my friend is suppose to show me a guy that actually has one installed on his civic...... he says that it runs off the car battery and it holds a constant 3psi boost .
