fuel injectors


so hey guys started thinking with the sct xcal II if i up graded my fuel injectors would i see alot of benifits since i can tune for them? and what would be the biggest size i could go with the stock fuel pump?

not unless you have forced induction or id say at least past 260hp
im not doing mine til i reach about 290-300

you would see something happen... like torres said get more air into your engine so you don't flood it and bog it down .... you might also have to get a stronger spark to burn that fuel...

uhh also you would have to up the pump... not to much maybe 190# that should do it...

Fuel injectors don't make more power, only support it. You won't notice a difference in power at all by changing them.

k thx just making sure. thats what i was thinking. but so far the point at getting new injectors would be around 250-260 hp? cause i was thinking at maybe 220+ rwhp i would... good to know specifics of how far our stock injectors will last

stockers will take you to about 300 or so... the thing is you need to have a strong spark to help burn the fuel... so air/fuel, sprak, exhaust... fuel should be your last worry... focus on the others first

haha i know but just seeing what i can do with the tuner when i get it lol plus anyways workign ont he coil pack.. alrdy got new sparks and wires so no worries there
