help 98 won't start cranking noise

98 manual has similar sound when "trying" to start to if the starter was out but have replaced it and still will not turn over. Any ideas....?

Check your battery, and alternator. Then check your fuel filter, injectors, etc. Start with one aspect, and then go to the next.

thanks for reply .. battery gives power to everything else working on testing alt. right now... if you think of any other things let me know and too bad they do not have a way to download the noise its making lol

dude just cuz ur batt can power everything els don't mean it don't have enough CCA to turn your engine quick enough to get it to fire.
