01-02-03-04-05-06 mustang v6 v8 t3t4 twin turbo kit : eBay Motors (item 380225902617 end time Apr-25-10 20:50:32 PDT)

what would anyone who knows much about turbos say about this kit? I never really looked into them much before until I drove a f350 turbo diesel for a while... Now I want a turbo in my mustang!

You'll find alot of help on v6power.net

It has how-to's and most guys there have FI. Keep in mind that a turbo set up must be custom built, as no company currently makes them

Adding a turbo to 2003 Mustang 3.8L V6 OHV, 190HP?

Adding a turbo to 2003 Mustang 3.8L V6 OHV, 190HP?
Can some tell me what the maximum Hp you can add to STOCK 3.8L V6 OHV, 190HP engine without damaging the internals, rods, pistons & crank?
Also would you recommend a turbo or supercharger for this stock engine for the maximum allowable boost?
It is planned to keep the existing transmission and axle that came with the V6 and octane 94 pump gas.
What other changes do you recommend, like tuning etc?
Thanks,
Tony

1. Every motor is different, but 350 seems to be the general range.
2. Turbo
3. Your tranny should be okay, but your rear end needs to be upgraded to an 8.8
4. most definetly need a tune( i dont know a ton about tuning though)
5. youll need bigger injectors, Fuel pump? Oh and a bigger throttle body wouldnt hurt.

since you dont seem like how have the experience with turbo's OP, youd be better off buying a s/c because they make s/c kits but turbo kits are no longer made for the 3.8
