starting problem

well firstly i am new so just wanted to say hey to everyone. when i try to start my car in cooler temperature it hesitates to start and when it finally does start it almost feels like a stall.(if that makes sense) i was wondering if anyone else had experienced any similar problems while starting in a colder temperature? upon experiencing the problem i took the car to the dealership i bought it from and they removed and replaced IAC valve and gasket. since then i have still experienced the problem. also it says on my printout: TEST EEC V. PASS CODES. TEST BATT OK. POSSABLE STICKING IDLE CONTROL.

any help would be great.

umm clean MAF sensor and clean your filter.
