you could take a 94 gt now if you get that yeah you'll take him pretty easy.

Don't be so sure...those 94-95 GT have the 5.0 in them, not the new 4.6L modular. They have a bunch of torque, but they are 200 lbs heavier than the fox body. With those mods you should be able to keep up or possibly take him depending on his driving, but I would do some other mods for some extra added insurance.

yeah the shift kit tightens up your shifts and will allow you to shift manually without any lag.

With the 4.10's and LSD you'll have really good traction and acceleration. 94 gts only have 215hp. You should be able to take him IMO

well to do it properly you need a new shifter from like b&m and it is like a manual with no clutch you shift where you get most power about 300 before red.

Not with just 4.10 and a LSD. His car may make 190 hp, but thats not to the wheels. That GT would eat him alive if thats all he had.

I was thinking about getting the auto to manual conversion but is what you're saying cheaper ?

a lot cheaper and if you get a good setup more efficient than a manual since you have no human error
