camshaft cost>?
where can i find a cam for my 04 v6? i can put it in myself but how much would a v6 cam go for? and how much are valve springs and would i really need them if i get a nice sized cam?

A cam for a v6 is about $320-$380. Those are the average prices I have seen. Comp cams and Delta make most of the cams for a v6. Can't help ya out with valve spring prices, but with something from a more mild cam to a more wild perf came it would be good to get heavier valve springs. Check out www.supersixmotorsports.com for some cams for the v6.
