parts from a 05 GT to a 07 V6 Pony

Question my friend has a 05 GT that he has done alot of mods to and I have a 07 V6 Pony, He said that I can have all of the OEM patrs from his stang such as the sway bar and such. My question ? is this stuff better than what I already have or is the stuff from the GT the same ? thanks

well i have the same car as you . and i dont think there is any use . the only thing id take off the GT is the rear bumper

I know the 99-04 v6's didn't get the sway bar so if you don't have one I would grab it what else is he trying to give you?
