Is a CAI hard to install?

Also about how much should one cost? I saw one for 80 bucks but that seemed kinda cheap to me

It doesn't seem hard to put in but nothing is idiot proof with me :B

If you know how to use a screwdriver you'll be fine.

you can get the shipped from ebay for about $45. i just ordered one last saturday, should be here tommorow. i bought from this guy.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-03...QQcmdZViewItem
he told me he would email me instructions, so i said ok why not. i could do it anyways without em its pretty simple. but instead he sent me pictures of it installed -_-
no biggie though. if you want to wait till tommorow ill tell you if i get it and what condition its in. because hes pretty good to deal with. if i email him, he emails me back that day or next. pretty fast shipping too. about a week and a half. he ships out in 3 business days so try to get it done early in the week. but ummm other than that, its a real simple install.

don't pay over 60 for one and if you can start your car you can install it.

simple simple just look at the pieces.. pre assemble it and have an idea where evrything goes... and then go from there.. most likely you'll get some instructions. and from personal experience start with the fender well and work your way up doing the piping.

also in the big black air box you need to take out your MAF and use it with the new CAI its usually the black piece inbetween all the metal piping.
just measures air flow for your engine.

EBAY no more than $45. Maybe $50.

Mine didn't come with instructions. :mad But if you got to UPR's site you can read the instructions on theirs because it's basicly the same.

You need a flat head screwdriver and a socket set.

Oh a microwave. I had to heat one of my rubber connectors to fit it over the MAF.
