The cutest thing ever!

Today was an interesting day. I went to the dealership and met with my friend. I was curious about the GTs so I drove a couple of them, a manual and an auto. Damn awesome. They said trade in value for my car would be $14,000, which is like half of what it cost after taxes and everything. Anyway...

I was at a Super Target tonight, and I'd washed my car and polished my rims, and as I was leaving I drove past the store entrance (had the windows down and the foglights on, too). A little boy was walking across the crosswalk with his mother. Suddenly he started walking towards my car. I was wondering what he was doing, and then his mother called him to hurry up and cross. As soon as he was at the other side, he yelled, "Nice car! Where did you get your race car at?!" I just laughed and said, 'Thank you!' and continued on my merry little way. It was one of the cutest things I've ever seen, and it made me feel good about my sixer. =)

I do parades in my club, and we were at a St. Patrick's Day parade last year, and wow. I had a completely stock V6, and I had a kid say *Is your car a ROUSH!?* and he said it like ROOOOSH.... another kid said he wanted to buy my car, then I told him he wanted to buy that other red car (i pointed to a 91GT).

Young kids don't understand I came with 2 less pistons...

Cool story Victoria.

Your car's trade-in value should be closer to about $15,500. Go to NADA to get an accurate trade-in value.

You could also trade-in for a used 06 and save yourself from the depreciation of an 07.
